1. Triceps dips

Standing with your back to a bench, place your palms flat on the bench, fingers pointing forward. Walk your feet forward, keeping your back straight. Lower your body to the ground until your elbows are at ninety degrees then return to start.
2. Triceps kickback

Holding a weight in each hand, bend your elbows at ninety degrees and bend over at the waist. Extend your forearms back until your arms are parallel to the floor then return to start.
3. Triceps extension

Stand with a weight held above your head in both hands. Keeping your biceps pressed into your ears and hinging from the elbows, lower the weight behind your head then return to start.
4. Triceps push-up

Start in a plank, with your hands palms flat on the floor directly under your shoulders. Keeping your elbows pressed into your sides, lower your body to the ground then return to start.
