This week’s Man Crush Monday is professional rugby Sevens player and passionate chef, Dennis Ombachi. Some men avoid the kitchen as they find cooking emasculating but Dennis actually encourages more men to cook and shares his tantalizing dishes on his blog, We Men Should Cook.

The 29-year-old athletic chef played at the 2013 World Cup Sevens and competed for Kenya at the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics.

Travelling the world as part of his sports profession exposed him to different cultures which inspired him to get creative in the kitchen.

Now that we are in self-isolation and spending majority of our time indoors, this is the time to try new recipes and Dennis Ombachi has shared an array of colourful and mouth-watering food that we can all try.
