Companies have been marking the annual Customer Service Week which falls in the first full week of every October. Firms have been recognizing the importance of customer service excellence as they treat their customers to free goodies. However, it’s battery manufacturer Chloride Exide that stole the show as they took it a notch higher.
The male employees at the company’s Nairobi office showed up to work clad in heels and dresses; setting the internet on fire. The men, led by the Group’s CEO, stepped out in women’s attire in support of women’s health, particularly breast cancer.
"Our customers were highly entertained today when our male staff walked a day in women’s shoes," Chloride Exide shared on its Facebook page.
Even as they struggled to channel femininity, they rocked the looks donning perfect makeup and amusing Kenyans, all the while raising awareness on issues affecting women.
We have to say, we are impressed
