Talking about money is the new talking about sex. According to a study by the US-based TD Bank., almost three-quarters of millennial couples talk about money at least once a week.
That's nearly 10 per cent more than Gen X couples and over 30% more than Baby Boomer couples.
But still, for couples, money can be a source of stress. If one of you is a saver and one is a splurger, or if you have very different incomes and expectations, that can be a source of friction.
No matter what the difficulties might be, talking about them – like millennials do – is always the best remedy. Is there something you need to talk about? Don’t hesitate.
