4 reasons why women fear childbirth process

Living

A number of women fear the process of giving life to a ‘being’ for reasons best known to them.  Ironically, their mothers went through the same process but they do not want to hear any of it.

Here are some reasons why women fear childbirth process:

Body shape will change Ladies are very conscious about their looks. Well, pregnancy will definitely result to body change because there is another life growing in them. There should be no room for neglect. Ladies ought to flaunt their pregnancy in style by pampering and taking care of themselves. At the end of the day, a beautiful soul will be brought into the world.

Enduring pain

No normal human being looks forward to pain.  Child birth is not a walk in the park. The pain and turmoil ladies experience during childbirth is unexplainable.  We respect all the mothers out there. ‘Mothers, we salute you!’

Fear of the unknown

Most ladies think their main man will no longer look at them the same way. Others even think the love fades away once they go through childbearing. On the contrary, the bond is actually stronger after they go through the childbirth process together.  Sharing their experiences with the man throughout the process will help in making him feel part of it.

Sex will not be the same anymore

Contrary to popular belief, intimacy may turn out to be more enjoyable than ever. Ladies should do kegel exercises (strengthens pelvis muscles) as often as possible, it will be helpful when they get into action.

All in all, motherhood is something to be proud of therefore be free and happy with your body.
