The government has declared it will challenge the decision by the international criminal court to summon six suspected masterminds of the post-election chaos. A cabinet team says the state will petition the court to stop the cases on grounds that the cases are not admissible at the icc and kenya has the capacity to try suspected architects of the chaos.
