A day after President Uhuru’s directive for bars to reopen following their closure due to COVID-19, Kenyans thronged entertainment joints to quench their thirst. The reopening of entertainment spots was not only a relief for the joints’ owners but also waitresses, bouncers and DJs. Taxi drivers also had a good night in months as they ferried the revellers home.
