Premier League kicked off last week, and clubs have come back with some exciting kits that they will wear throughout the season. While a majority took jabs at Manchester united third kit as "ugly," Adidas, the designer of the kit, claimed to have "re-drew, hacked, and re-imagined combined elements from various jerseys throughout the club's history to create a bold pattern

We have compiled some of the beautiful kits for this season;

Arsenal Home kit

The Gunners' latest home kit is characterized by a slightly darker red base and traditional white sleeves and several striking design features. It's the second home kit under Arsenal's new deal with Adidas, who took over from previous supplier Puma in 2019-20.

The dark shade of red has subtle geometric patterns - inspired by old art deco 'A' feature of kits in the 1930s - and the white-capped sleeves adorned with stripes, similar to Germany and Juventus.

Arsenal Away kit

The gunners' away kit is also as beautiful as their home kits. Adidas created an off-white strip with maroon streaks and a touch of black for their away days. The hand-drawn pattern resembles a marble surface, a nod to the famed marble halls at their old home ground of Highbury. Arsenal's away kit was officially launched on August 20, with the first wear set for August 22 in the game between Arsenal Women and PSG.

Juventus Third kit

This kit made by Adidas is inspired by art and the clubs' first ever orange jersey. It's orange and black, having a contrasting black graphic design on the front. The logos are white, while a black crew-neck collar and black sleeve cuffs rounds off the design. According to Fransisca Venturini, the Adidaroundgner who contributed to the design, they wanted to create the Juventus kit through the lens of art.

Bayern Munich Home kit

The home jersey for the 2020/2021 season focuses mainly on the classic, iconic Bavarian red. The jersey is purely red and white. The colors were necessitated by the clubs' ban to all colors apart from the two from its home kits. The home shirt features a subtle jacquard striping pattern with the individual stripes made up of small dots. The stripes run down along the new shirt's sides with a simple v-collar with white pipingThe shorts and socks are both red with white stripes.

Barcelona Away kit

The kit made by Nike is inspired by the electric atmosphere of Barcelona by night. It is the club's first black away kit since the 2011/2012 season. Black from head to toe, the kit features several new details; a golden Nike swoosh, club crest, and sponsors logo light up the front of the jersey with the embroidered crest and swoosh standing out. Two-tone gold and black V-neck collar and custom rib trim on the sleeves give the jersey a superior feel. A gold swoosh and crest feature on the back of the shorts while the word "Barca" and a swoosh appear midway up the socks' front.

Manchester City Away kit

For the second time, Puma has made the Man city kits. It is predominantly black, combined with 'dark denim', which is a shade for blue. The away jersey draws inspiration from the architectural design of Manchester. Specifically, it features a pattern inspired by the buildings found in the Castlefield area of Manchester.
