The High Court in Eldoret has issued a warrant of arrest against Ibrahim Rotich, the prime suspect in the brutal murder of long-distance athlete Agnes Tirop after he failed for the second time to appear in court.
Justice Robert Wananda said that by absconding court twice, Rotich had failed to honor the court's condition that was set during his release on bond.
