Nairobi, Kenya: President Uhuru Kenyatta was called to duty on Thursday 27th March to deliver the State of the Nation address in a special joint session of Parliament where, he is required by Article 132 of the Constitution to update the country, once a year, the progress made in realisation of national values and principles of governance, the country’s international obligations and national security.
