The Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko has given authority for the extradition proceedings against Nambale MP Chris Okemo and former Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) boss Samuel Gichuru to have them charged in Jersey with fraud and money laundering.
