Business was brought to a standstill as youths engaged the Police in running battles in Kitengela Town as they marked one year since the 2024 Gen Z demonstrations.

Police officers hurled teargas canisters at the youths who were chanting the 'wantam' slogans as they protested along the Nairobi-Namanga Road, calling for justice for their colleagues who lost their lives.
