A bill that aims to establish mechanisms for regulating real estate agents and projects has been introduced in the Senate.

The bill, sponsored by Senator Allan Chesang of Trans Nzoia, proposes the creation of a Real Estate Board, which would oversee the regulation and registration of real estate agents and projects, among other responsibilities.
