Khloe Kardashian’s People’s Choice Awards speech has sparked utter chaos on social media.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been accused of getting a nose job after fans claimed she looked ‘unrecognisable’ and ‘totally different’ in her acceptance video.

Eagle-eyed followers were left convinced that Khloe underwent a rhinoplasty to make her nose look slimmer, after she was named the Reality Star of 2020.

Others claimed that the proud mum-of-one has topped up on chin fillers due to the fact her face looked more defined in her latest appearance.

Khloe took to Twitter on Tuesday to share how grateful she was for being awarded the most popular reality star of the year – but fans were more intrigued by her ‘unrecognisable’ new look.

“Oh my god, what on earth? She looks like a completely different person!” shared one disbelieving follower.

“That has to be a filter because she doesn’t look human here!” another suggested.

“Khloe looks gorgeous, but she looks unrecognisable,” shared a third fan.

Meanwhile, a fourth mocked: “Don’t know who that person is but it’s most certainly not Khloe Kardashian!”

Others insisted that the reality TV siren has never looked better.

“She looks so good. Stop with the jealousy people!” gushed one admirer.

While another echoed: “Khloe has never looked better, she’s such a beautiful woman. Leave her alone!”

Fascination has surrounded her changing looks in recent months.

Speculation has been rife about whether the star has turned to plastic surgery to drastically alter her stunning appearance.

Earlier this year, Khloe laughed off the rumours when she joked about getting a "weekly face transplant" in a comment responding to a troll on Instagram.

Rumours began to swirl when one of her photos was exposed for being edited when she looked completely different in KUWTK footage shot around the same time.
