Activist Boniface Mwangi tweets he has been arrested and is being taken to Central Police Station, Nairobi.
Chief Inspector of police George Muchiri in a statement says he has reason to believe that Boniface Mwangi has information that may help him to investigate alleged organization of a revolution that is likely to cause civil unrest and breach of peace. “You are not obliged to state anything but should you elect to state anything, it will be taken down in writing and may be used as evidence,” he cautions Mwangi.
