Amani National Congress Party leader Musalia Mudavadi has called for establishment of a Special Judicial Inquiry to unravel the mysteries of death squads and police extrajudicial crimes.
Mudavadi said authorities should act fast and institute actual police reforms as required by the Constitution, rather than continuing with the stalled cosmetic exercises currently in vogue.
