They have proved us right, say MPs

Kenya: Members of Parliament affiliated to President Uhuru Kenyatta’s The National Alliance party (TNA) have reacted to International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor’s move to terminate his case saying that it was a bold move that was long overdue.

The MPs drawn largely from the Central, said the Hague-based court could not hold on to Fatou Bensouda’s argument that Mr Kenyatta was liable for the skirmishes that happened in the country between 2007 and 2008, because her evidence was not water-tight.
