Rwanda genocide suspect Felicien Kabuga to appear in Paris court

Spies zeroed in on Kabuga after trailing his children. [File, Standard]

One of the lawyers defending Felicien Kabuga, the hugely elusive fugitive widely believed to have financed the 1994  Rwanda genocide, has told Reuters the suspect will appear in a Paris court today.

The news agency quotes lawyer Emmanuel Altit as saying the court will set out the legal process before passing the case to investigative judges within eight days.
