Nacada raises red flag over illegal rehab centres

The anti-drugs agency has raised alarm over the mushrooming of illegal rehabilitation centres.

Through its board, the National Authority for Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (Nacada) said over 60 per cent of the centres were only keen to make money.
