Keiyo North MP James Murgor, is accused of relocating the proposed Kapkei Technical Training Institute (TTI) to his Kapkoi rural home in Elgeyo-Marakwet County, about 50 kilometres away.
Led by area MCA Christopher Cheboiboch, Emsoo Ward residents are now demanding that the Sh100 million institution be erected in its earlier site, as they have already donated a seven-acre piece of land for the project. They say the piece of land has adequate water and power supplies.
