Renowned lawmaker shocks constituents as he makes a fool of himself at year-end party

A renowned lawmaker from the North Rift shocked his constituents when he turned up at the county end year party while ‘high’ as a kite.

The MP elected on a Jubilee ticket who is doing his third term in office made a complete fool of himself at the fete on New Year’s eve that was well-attended by county residents.
