The High Court has dismissed a case challenging the increase of rent by the the County Government of Laikipia in four estates in Nyahururu town.
Four residents had filed the petition on behalf of the residents of Kiano, Ngare Narok, Lumumba and Starehe estates opposing the move to hike rent during the 2013-2014 financial year.
