It’s only three weeks since Pulse exclusively exposed the break-up of Yamoto Band, one of the most promising Bongo groups and now two former members of the group are drawing blood.

At the same time, the on-fire Aslay has refuted rumours that he is joining Diamond’s stable.

Aslay, one of the most vocal members of the band that brought you hits like Nitakupwelepweta, Mama and Basi, released his new single, Baby, this week, the same time his former band member Beka Flavour was expected to launch his solo career.

Beka Flavour was not amused by the timing of Aslay’s release. However, as he has been doing lately, Aslay is expected to release another song in the next two weeks the same time Beka Flavour has rescheduled his release too. Is this another case of the Willy Paul-Bahati tiff?

Well, early this week, Aslay said he was not interested in joining Diamond’s WCB Records as it had been previously rumoured, saying his strategy was to work his way to the top his own way.
