Former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga has disowned his former colleague at the Supreme Court Justice Njoki Ndung’u in an ongoing litigation involving a disciplinary action meted against her.

In an affidavit signed on August 7, 2017 and obtained by Sunday Standard, Dr Mutunga has disowned a key plank of Ndung’u’s evidence against Judicial Service Commission (JSC) following its adverse finding against her last year.
