An 86th penalty by Neto sealed an unlikely victory for Wazito who moved four points clear off Mathare United in the race to secure the 16th spot which is the promotion and relegation playoff spot.
The Slum Boys, who lost 1-0 Kakamega Homeboyz at Bukhungu Stadium are now second last with 22 points, while Wazito have 26 points.
