Nairobi City County's Chief Officer of Environment, Geoffrey Mosiria, has taken a lighthearted swipe at Khalif Kairo, whose legal troubles have deepened over undelivered vehicles through his company, Kai and Karo.
In a video shared online, Mosiria advised young men against living beyond their means to impress their girlfriends, cautioning that the pressure to flaunt wealth has driven many into financial ruin, or worse, crime.
