Actress-cum-DJ, Pierra Makena, could have painted a picture of a perfect pregnancy, but things were not easy in her social circles.
The singer revealed that she lost friends after she announced that she was pregnant.
“When I announced I was expecting a baby, I instantly lost friends (or rather people who I thought were friends). But last night, proved that I have immense support from true friends and family who are what I need,” she wrote after her baby shower at B-Club.
So, who are these people?
“Mostly, they are men who wanted to be with me for sexual favours and other ulterior motives and girlfriends who were around me so that I could buy them drinks. My budget has since changed and I’m now focused on my child’s welfare,” Pierra told Heads Up.
Pierra further revealed that she has been working out even while pregnant.
She also plans to stay away from the limelight for three months to bond with her baby.
