For more than five years, quack doctor James Mugo Ndichu alias Mugo Wa Wairimu engaged in sinful pleasures while operating a fake clinic in Nairobi.
Mugo assumed several titles in his illegal business where he interchangeably identified himself as a general practitioner, gynaecologist, surgeon, pharmacist or a nurse depending on the patient he was dealing with at any given time.
But yesterday marked the end of his trade as his sins caught up with him when Nairobi Chief Magistrate Wendy Kagendo found him guilty of sedating women with an intention of raping them, operating a hospital and pharmacy without licence and stocking fake medicine.
