Daisy Jepchumba Kibet jointly with others not before the court through her company, Dupont Investment Limited, obtained 55 bales of adult diapers worth Sh337,000 on November 16, 2020, from Caroline Wanjiku Maina at Pangani, Starehe Sub- County by falsely pretending that she was in a position to sell the same and remit the proceeds.
On November 29, 2020, Jepchumba with her accomplices again obtained 300 bales of adult diapers worth Sh1,950,000 through Nappy Wears Limited pretending to sell them and give her the money.
