A Nakuru lawyer has sued the Inspector General of Police Hillary Mutyambai over alleged harassment of motorists on Kenyan roads.
Lawyer Kipkoech Ng'etich, in a suit filed at the High Court in Nakuru, claims police officers have turned Kenyan roads into tax havens and corruption dens.
Kipkoech, through lawyer Chepkulul Khatherine, has named the Inspector General of Police, National Police Service and the Director of Public Prosecutions as respondents.
