Global gaming company, SportPesa, has acquired a majority shareholding stake in RCS Gaming, an Italian gaming operator, from RCS Media Group.
RCS gaming has been operating in Italy under the GazzaBet brand for nearly three years. “This is yet another mile-marker in SportPesa’s development as a global brand,” said Adam Beighton, SportPesa’s newly appointed chairman of the board of the Italian company.
