Manchester United keeper Joel Pereira has signed a new deal with the club.
Pereira made his Premier League debut against Crystal Palace back in May and has now pledged his long-term future to the club.
Jose Mourinho believes the Portuguese keeper has a big future in the game.
Pereira has signed a new four-year deal keeping him at Old Trafford until 2021.
Mourinho, speaking on the club’s official website, said: “Joel progressed really well during the course of the last season through hard work and commitment every day in training.
“I know I have said this before but I really do believe, if he continues his development and continues to work hard, he really can become the best Portuguese goalkeeper of the next generation.”
