Ugandan singer Bobi Wine has no plans of joining politics.
The self- styled ghetto president said in a statement that being a politician is akin to being a thief and it is a nightmare.
“I can never wish to be a politician. That is like wishing to be a thief,” he said.
This statement came days after fellow Ugandan singers recorded a song in support of Museveni’s re-election.
However, Bobi Wine and a few other Ugandan artistes like Maurice Kirya didn’t take part.
