It’s a love story gone wrong for Farid Ahmed and Kamanda Wanjiru, whose faces expressed so much joy and love.
21-year-old Wanjiru is currently in police custody after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend, Farid, 22 times killing him in a feud over a text message in Buruburu estate.
Police were called to their court by neighbours on Sunday and found the body of Farid in a pool of blood with Wanjiru holding a knife that had blood stains.
Wanjiru sustained injuries in the legs and hands and is undergoing treatment at the Metropilitan Hospital.
Farid’s body was taken to the mortuary as the family demanded that they be given the remains for burial according to Islam tradition.
