Three city men may face the hangman if found guilty of robbery with violence charges.
Eric Karanja, Francis Mwangi and Oscar Odhiambo were accused of stealing two packets of milk worth Sh90 from Gabriel Onwoga.
The court heard that on March 2, the three men attacked and injured Onwoga outside a supermarket along Ronald Ngala Road.
According to police records, the accused were passing by the supermarket when they saw the crates of milk.
It is reported that Onwoga, the supermarket attendant, approached the three men demanding to know why they were stealing the milk. The reportedly turned on Onwoga and beat him with metal bars and stones.
Police managed to arrest the three following a tip off. They were released on Sh100,000 bond awaiting their case to be heard on May 13.
