Chief Justice Willy Mutunga has strongly hit out at Prime Minister Raila Odinga for issuing public remarks he termed as demeaning to the Kenyan courts. Mutunga was referring to the pm remarks in the media that a court that led the IEBC to set march 4th as the next general elections date must be a questionable one. Mutunga reminded the pm that if he feels dissatisfied by the court’s ruling on the election date he should seek legal redress as opposed to disparaging the court through name calling.
