If you are hitting the gym and are not familiar with the different weights and machines, you could spend money on a personal trainer, which is costly, or you could use the Gym watch.
Gym watch is a wireless workout sensor that tracks your workouts and provides feedback on your form and counts the amount of reps you perform.
You open the mobile app on your phone, select the workout you want to perform, strap the sensor to the arm or leg that corresponds with the workout, tap the button on the sensor and begin your workout.
It will also tell you if you are overextending your arms, not moving them enough or if you are going too fast.
The app has about 900 workouts, all of which include videos showing you how to do them.
However, the sensor only records on the arm or leg it is strapped to, hence you may need to rotate the strap from arm to arm, or wear two straps at one time. One Gym watch sensor retails for about Sh19,000.
