Khloe Kardashian is reportedly making her ex Tristan Thompson sign a 'no-cheating contract' before going public with their romance.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 36, has endured a lot of heartbreak as a result of Tristan's past actions, but it seems as though she's willing to give their love another whirl.
But the world will not know of their romantic reunion until the NBA star signs on the dotted line, reports heat mag.
"Khloe is going into this with her eyes wide open," a source told the mag.
"She trusts him for the most part and has forgiven him for what he did in the past, but she believes it's crucial that she protects herself."
The insider adds that momager Kris Jenner is also playing a part in this, as she's laying down the law with Khloe.
Kris is working with her legal team to make arrangements as straight-forward as possible."

Khloe and Tristan share daughter True who will turn three next month.
Khloe began her on/off relationship with Tristan in 2016 but suffered public humiliation when True arrived in February 2018, hours after rumours Tristan had cheated on her during her pregnancy - which he denied.
Tristan was then frozen out by the reality star and her family after he kissed Kylie Jenner's former BFF Jordyn Woods at a house party last year.
But in the past few months, the baller has been looking to earn Khloe's trust again and they have been spending every day together.
In fact, the pair spent the duration of the pandemic isolating as a family at Khloe's California home.
The pair seem to have rekindled their romance in lockdown after playing happy families with their daughter True.
Following their major hiccup, Tristan has been showering Khloe with expensive gifts and plenty of compliments in a bid to win her back, but she's since insisted that they were just co-parents.
It seems as though Khloe is finally ready to give the relationship another go.
