Chrissy Teigen has said she was in floods of tears as her friends donated blood in honour of her late son.
The model took to Instagram to share a video of some of her closest pals getting together at a blood drive to donate seven pints of blood, which was the amount Chrissy was given when she was pregnant with baby Jack.
She and her husband John Legend tragically lost Jack last month after Chrissy was hospitalised for excessive bleeding from her placenta.
Now Chrissy has said she is "overwhelmed" by her friends' support, who donated to make up for the shortage in blood donations due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Chrissy captioned the video: "Ok, I tried writing this 4 times but the tears were too much.
"Here we go again, with my heart full of warmth and happiness."
She added: "Phewwwww the tears. I'm overwhelmed by our circle of friends.
"The love I feel for each and every person in our circle actually makes me ache.
"@kimmiekyees, I've known you for so many years now. You know every story, you hear every life gripe, you're amazing at what you do but the way you treat my kids and family is cherished always.
"To do something like this for baby Jack is just...I dunno. Beautiful."
Chrissy explained that donations are down because high school students make up the bulk of blood donations but many schools are closed across the US.
She added: "Kimmie, I love you. I love this.
"I am so proud of the people I surround myself and my family with."
