Body Goals: Talia Oyando hits exercise targets with spirited gym work

Homeboyz Radio queen Talia Oyando is the talk of the town for one major reason; her amazing gym work.

The 34-year-old Citizen TV host has caught the attention of many through her efforts in the gym where she shared bits and pieces of her vigorous workout.

The stunning media sensation works out for five days in a week and rides her bike as part of the keeping fit routine.

Explaining why and how she gains and sheds her weight fast, Talia confessed to having a weakness when it comes to candy.

"My kryptonite is candy (anything gummy bear related) they are the reason I add weight when I do, it’s not even food its candy lol. I try to keep away," she once posted.

Sharing her progress on her Instagram page through pictures and short videos, the married mother of one says she is not yet where she wants to be and observes the diet of small portions while working towards her goal.

Talia also doubles up as an MC and a musician who has collaborated with various Kenyan musicians like the late E-sir and Prezzo.

She is married to successful film producer and a Golden Globe award winner Ezekiel Onyango.
