strange, while journalist Joshua arap Sang says it is a plot to tarnish
his good name. Uhuru Kenyatta and Francis Muthaura were more guarded in
their reactions, but they too plan to challenge the decision. The
accused Kenyans seem to feel the icc decision is biased or politicized
and hope to overturn it on appeal.
