Gachoka member of parliament Mutava Musyimi is slated to formally launch his presidential bid on Saturday. Mutava made a name for himself during his tenure as the general secretary of the national council of churches of Kenya where he spearheaded the ufungamano initiative in the clamour for a new constitution. There are, however, those who argue that his charisma has waned since he was elected to parliament. Mutava spoke to KTN’s Newton Ndebu earlier today, with details on what exactly has inspired his ambition for the country’s top job.
