Nameless, Bongo star Dully Sykes light up old school concert in Mombasa

In efforts aimed at reigniting the once vibrant music scene along Kenya's coast, promoter Elijah Girimani has revealed plans to turn the highly popular Bongo Music Old School Concert into a monthly festival, following the success of the Bongo Old School Concert Season 3.0 which saw electrifying performances by Tanzanian legend Dully Sykes and Kenyan maestro Nameless.

The Bongo Music Old School Concert, which has garnered a loyal following over the years, initially started as a one-off event bringing together lovers of classic Tanzanian hits from the '90s and early 2000 topped up with live performances from the said artistes.
