Derrick Rusana elected new University of Nairobi Students Association President

Derrick Troy Rusana was sworn in at the historical Taifa Hall, Nairobi University. [UoN]

Derrick Troy Rusana has been elected as the new President of the University of Nairobi Students Association (UNSA) following a hotly contested election.

Rusana emerged victorious after securing 26 votes against his closest rival, Topnotch Otae, who garnered 13 votes. He will serve a one-year term, during which he has pledged to bring significant reforms to student leadership.
