Youthful leaders have let us down

With the advent of devolution, the youth voted in the most young candidates in the history of Kenya.

But so far these youthful leaders have been disappointing. Youthful leaders some of whom didn't even own houses leave alone cars are now living lavishly, drinking heavily and scheming for opportunities to embezzle county funds. They make money from sitting allowances or being 'bought' to pass bills and no confidence votes against governors.
