Zuri smartphone company seeks share of Kenya’s smartphone market

Digital lifestyle devices brand Zuri has stepped up efforts to capture a share of the Kenyan smartphone market with the launch of four smartphone models. Zuri is banking on high performance, superior value and an efficient after-sales service under the “Zuri Cares” programme.

Consumers will get 12-month warranty on Zuri products. Vikash Shah, CEO at Zuri, says the C46, C52 and S56 models come with specifications such as large screen sizes and high quality camera options.

Zuri devices support over-the-air firmware updates with consumers benefiting from a free 8GB micro SD card and screen guard and protective cover.

“Our investment in after sales service, from Day One, demonstrates our commitment to deliver the best customer experience. We believe reliable service is essential to the long-term sustainable growth of Zuri brand in East Africa,” Mr Shah said.
