  • With the ongoing pre-trial conference of the presidential petition that kicked off on Saturday night, Kenyans have been glued to their screens keen not to miss any details.
  • The Supreme Court judges sitting in this petition are, CJ Maraga, DCJ Philomena Mwilu, Justices Jacton Ojwang, Smokin Wanjala, Njoki Ndungu, Mohamed Ibrahim and Isaac Lenaola.

However, it is Lady Justice Philomena Mwilu who caught the attention of viewers on Saturday night with the way she presented herself and also responded to the counsel.

Her presetation elicited mixed reactions among netizens with some applauding her and others terming her response as uncalled for.
