Moi University and UoN students offer medical services for free

Residents of Sook and Endugh wards have received free medical services from Moi and Nairobi University medical students. More than 150  students are on a seven-day mission pitching medical camps in remote areas where they will treat residents. They call their effort “Mission 2015”. The students are led  by  Clepsy  Kobol. The medical camp started on November 21, 2015.  Ms Clepsy pointed out that most patients from the two wards were suffering from malaria, typhoid and brucella. “It’s raining heavily here and mosquitoes are multiplying fast. People therefore are prone to malaria and need mosquito nets urgently,” she said.
