ICC judges to consider five options in Uhuru Kenyatta’s case

• Give a 'not guilty' verdict
• Adjourn trial indefinitely
• Temporarily withdraw charges
• Refer Kenya to Assembly of States

THE HAGUE: Judges have retreated to make a critical decision that will determine the fate of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s case at the International Criminal Court (ICC).
