NYERI, KENYA: Hostile witnesses at the International Criminal Court (ICC) are not under the local Witness Protection Programme.
The Witness Protection Agency (WPA) Deputy Director Mr Peter Mwangi said that the witnesses recanting testimonies are under the ICC Victims and Witnesses Unit.
